We provide a wide range of civils works, including drain lining, drainage replacement, groundwork and trenching, surfacing works (slabbing, topsoiling, tarmac laying, and concreting), sign installation and contractor supervision.
Drain Lining
Some sewer pipes can become cracked, deformed or damaged by subsidence ground settlement or root ingress from trees. To avoid further damage and prevent collapse we can arrange for patch lining of the sewer pipe. Similar to a tube type bandage in appearance, the patch is coated in a resin compound which hardens when it drys.
The patch is then moved down the sewer and inflated in the damaged section of sewer. Once dry the patch reinforces the structure and can prevent further damage from occurring. After successfully installing the patch the sewer is then CCTV surveyed to ensure the repair is complete.
Drainage Replacement
Flexiwaste Civils can dig up drainage replacement or other general building works through our dedicated Civils Team. We can also project manage works carried out onsite providing a single point of contact, plain English explanations and peace of mind.
Contractor Supervision
Flexiwaste Civils can provide onsite supervision of other drainage contractors to ensure all staff employed on day works are working to their full potential. This can give you peace of mind that no sand bagging or stringing out of works is taking place.
